The start-up med­neo is a full ser­vice pro­vider for mag­net­ic res­on­ance ima­ging (MRI) in Berlin. We redesigned the back­bone of their ser­vice, the data man­age­ment sys­tem, based on a con­sol­id­ated ser­vice blue­print includ­ing patients, refer­ring phys­i­cians, radi­olo­gists, med­ic­al assist­ants, office staff and account­ing.

Weekly design sprints and close col­lab­or­a­tion with med­neo lead to power­ful out­comes with high impact on effi­ciency and cus­tom­er sat­is­fac­tion.
