obligatory “head of”, we set up a club-like structure. Every club meets once a week to learn from each other while focusing on a specific competency, e.g. UX strategy or user research. As all employees can choose two of these clubs, all clubs are a mixed group of people, experts, but also colleagues, who are interested in the field. We tried it out for six months and it worked exceptionally well. So, in other words, we changed from a folder organization to a tag-based system.
