A user-centred approach on multi-channel patient programs
What are the first things that come to your mind when you hear this? Do you think of a boxer, a marathon runner, or perhaps a conflict of some kind? If you said yes, it sounds like a conflict, you are correct - a conflict that millions of people have to face and fight every day of their lives. Two years ago, we were approached by Genzyme, a Sanofi company, to assist them with the process of creating a full service program which not only focuses on MS patients’ medical needs, but offers a much more holistic assistance around all aspects of their lives. This was Genzyme’s vision, and we were very excited to learn that they wanted us to help make their dream a reality.
