Recently I stood on our balcony, looking at Checkpoint Charlie. Next to me was the Chief Information Architect from a client we had been working with for more than four years.
We were chatting about how to set up the team for their re-launch when he suddenly said: I worked for lots of agencies before I got this position. You know what your USP is? You don’t stop at presenting great ideas like most agencies. You really assist throughout the entire process; from the beginning, to the launched product. I love working with you guys. It really feels like you are a part of our company.
