The USEEDS° Experience Lab was planned in collaboration with SirValUse Consulting GmbH, Europe’s largest user experience testing service provider. We were therefore able to ensure that the technical and building facilities reflect leading edge usability testing experiences. Our usability lab is outstandingly well suited to usability tests or focus groups and is specially tailored to the needs of agencies who wish to discuss the results immediately after or during testing and observation.
We offer you a modern usability lab with an agreeable ambiance, comfort and extensive service in a central location in the very heart of Berlin. You can choose whether you wish to use the USEEDS° Experience Lab by yourself or whether you require support with time-consuming tasks that we are happy to offer you as a flexible service. In addition to hiring just the premises with the basic service, you can book additional modular services such as recruitment, simultaneous interpretation, advanced video streaming, preparation of test material or creation of prototypes.

Ways in which you can use the facilities
Usability Tests
Have your products or prototypes tested by the future users. For this we offer you the full infrastructure of a usability lab, from video streaming to eye tracking.
Rapid Prototyping
The USEEDS° Experience Lab offers the ideal infrastructure for testing prototypes with just a few users, deriving modifications from the results immediately and on the spot and quickly retesting the optimised prototypes. We will be happy to advise you on the use of efficient test methods.
Focus groups
The USEEDS° Experience Lab’s flexible design also allows to conduct group discussions. Focus groups are especially suited to better understand customers’ or users’ basic attitudes and thoughts about the products.
